We faced several inconveniences during our stay at Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi. the location of the hotel was quite strange, being surrounded by love hotels which made us feel uncomfortable, especially with our children in tow. The check-out process was frustratingly slow, taking longer than expected and adding unnecessary stress to our departure. Additionally, a more substantial breakfast option or snacks available at the hotel would have been highly appreciated.

During our stay, the lobby's all-day free drinks were a delightful surprise, and the massage chairs became our favorite retreat after a long day exploring the vibrant streets. The staff provided such thoughtful care, even driving us to the bus station on our departure day.

The only downside was the limited dining options within the hotel, but the convenience of nearby eateries easily made up for it.

This hotel offers an extremely clean environment with quirky decor. The room is spacious and features a microwave, full-size fridge, and comfortable beds. The staff are exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond like when they walked us to the subway station after providing precise directions.

The hotel was a perfect spot for us, especially with kids. Its location close to the Dotonbori area was awesome for family outings. We loved the free drink bar in the lobby and the thoughtful amenities like daily bottled water. Simple pleasures made our stay memorable.

We had a fantastic time exploring the entertainment district and visiting both the Osaka Aquarium and Universal Studios. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were super helpful, offering free umbrellas and even assisting with luggage. The complimentary drink station was a nice touch, too!

One downside was that we weren't allowed to bring drinks from the lobby to our rooms, which would have been nice, especially for morning coffee.

The Deluxe Twin Room was super spacious, which I loved! Beds were comfy, and there were a ton of electrical sockets—so handy. The bathroom is separate from the toilet, which made it convenient. Plus, a Dyson hair dryer was mounted in the bathroom. The highlight was definitely the free drink bar in the lobby. nice surprise after a long day! Only downside was that checkout took a bit longer than expected.
